At the same time, the design thought is to simplify the main wiring as much as possible under the condition of meeting the load requirements, so as to avoid the main wiring design being very complex for the blind pursuit of reliability. In order to meet the requirements of unattended operation, the equipment shall try to select products with high reliability, less maintenance workload and no oil. An automatic system with high operation stability and reliability is selected to realize the management and monitoring of unattended substation. Conventional secondary equipment with repeated functions will not be considered in the future. Relay protection and automation system shall be relatively independent. 2 main wiring and main electrical equipment 2.1 the 35kV Power incoming line of the main wiring is not equipped with a circuit breaker, and the single bus connection is adopted, and the transformer used is connected to the incoming side of the power supply. 10kV side adopts single bus connection. 2.2 main electrical equipment ① main transformer. One 5000KVA transformer will be selected in the near future, and one transformer with the same capacity will be added in the long term, so that the total capacity of the substation will not exceed 10000kva. S9 low loss transformer is selected as the transformer, and on load voltage regulation is adopted for remote voltage regulation. ② Outdoor load switch and fast fuse are used as the control and protection of main transformer. Smd20 fuse made in the United States is used as the main protection, and heavy gas, light gas and temperature rise all act on the signal. KFE auto recloser produced by Pingdingshan Edison Power System Co., Ltd. is used as control and protection for 10kV side of main transformer, 10kV outgoing line and capacitor circuit. KFE auto recloser has multiple ampere second curves, which can meet the requirements of system relay protection. Select a slow curve at 10kV side of the main transformer, that is, when the outgoing line or capacitor switch refuses to operate, it will act and trip; At the same time, 10kV bus zero sequence voltage protection is also installed to prevent phase failure operation after one phase of high-voltage fuse is fused. 10kV outgoing line switch adopts double fast curve, i.e. primary reclosing after tripping; The capacitor circuit switch adopts a fast curve, that is, it does not coincide after tripping. At the same time, it is also equipped with voltage loss, overvoltage and single-phase. To sum up, it is the relevant introduction of grounding protection for the purchase and measurement of pressure testing machine. 10kV capacitor compensation equipment adopts outdoor variable capacity collective shunt capacitor produced by Wuxi capacitor factory. 35kV and 10kV arresters shall be synthetic insulated metal oxide arresters. 3 high voltage closing coil of telecontrol and communication KFE recloser can obtain energy from the system to operate the recloser. In order to realize the remote control of recloser, the recloser is also widely used. Remote closing and remote locking accessories are added to the recloser. AC sampling RTU is configured in the substation as the remote terminal of the dispatching automation system to realize the functions of telemetering, remote signaling, remote control and remote adjustment. 4 Civil Engineering and substation layout the substation power distribution device is outdoor type and adopts Φ 300 reinforced concrete equal diameter pole, around which a 2.5m high solid fence is set, covering an area of 1065m2. All electric panels, metering panels, communication and telecontrol equipment and UPS power supply are placed in the control room, with an area of 20m2.
